Touraine AOC

Touraine is the northernmost region for sauvignon in France.

The expressive nose of blackcurrant bud evolves on acacia and yellow citrus. The attack is supple and is followed by a full body and ripe fruit.

Drink after a short aeration. Alcohol 12.5 °

Sancerre AOC

Sancerre represents the excellence of Sauvignon with Pouilly Fumé. Its steep slopes on limestone stony soils make it a complex and frank wine.

The subtle nose leans on the limestone minerality of the terroir. The herbaceous palate ends with lemon zest for this wine which presents a nice refreshing extraction. A nice length.

Coteaux du Giennois AOC

The Coteaux du Giennois present a flint terroir located on the right bank of the Loire north of the Pouilly Fumé vineyards.

The nose is expressive and typical of the smell of flint. The mouth is generous with discreet fruit and long minerality.

This Pouilly Fumé from the limestone terroirs of Tracy sur Loire is a light sauvignon with finesse.

The nose presents both tropical and mineral notes. The palate is pure, rich and silky, with good intensity.

Can be served after opening. Alcoholic degree 12.3 °


The flints of Saint Andelain this Pouilly Fumé make a rich and elegant sauvignon.

A powerful and distinguished start to the nose. The palate, typical of limestone is rich, powerful with a measured exuberance.

Can be decanted. Alcoholic degree 12.8 °



A non-vintage wine that keeps the best of two years. The nose is complex, floral, on yellow fruits. The mouth is full and complex, typical of limestone soils. Slightly buttery, the evolutionary notes end with honey and truffle.

Decant if served young. Alcoholic degree 13 °
